Agent Commission Rates for our Types of Loan

Real Estate Collateral or House & Lot – 3% (ex. loanable amount of 600l will give agent a Php 18,000 pesos for only 1 transaction plus renewals of 3% too in case the client decides to renew loan after termination of contract)

Car Loan (without taking your car) – 5.5% for new accounts / 3.0% for renewal accounts (ex. car loanable amount of 100k will give agent a commission of Php 5,500 pesos in 1 account only)

Seaman / Seawoman Loan – 3% for new accounts (ex. loanable amount of 100k will give agent a commission rate of Php 3,000 pesos)

How To Be An Agent?

1. To be an agent all you will need is yourself and to submit 2×2 photo attached to a completely filled up application form.
2. All you need is yourself and some resources for which I and the company will provide. All freelance jobs as well as in being a loan agent is like this.

How Much Can You Expect to Earn?

As a startup agent, my first month earnings turned out to be great for a freelance consultant. I was able to receive my first 2 cheques amounting to more than 5k pesos for my first 5 clients.
